To minimize errors, S & S Custom Woodworks urges you to fill out and fax an S & S Order Form in its entirety when placing your order. When faxing an order, please remember to use a black ink pen since it appears the best when received. Please provide us with your DOOR SIZES. There will be an additional charge for doors ordered from cabinet openings. Once your order goes into production, it may not be cancelled or refused upon delivery. Any changes to an order after it is put into production will be billed as a new piece. Any order to be quoted must be marked “QUOTE ONLY” or it will be considered an order and put into production to avoid any delays. The minimum order amount is $25.00.

Ordering Steps
Shipping
- All doors are F.O.B. Waconia, Minnesota
- Orders can be shipped via UPS or Spee-Dee Delivery Service.
- There is additional shipping & packaging charges when items are shipped.
- All doors shipped in approximately (7) to (10) working days.
- Please allow a minimum of (2) additional days when items are shipped.
Warranty
All doors have a MAXIMUM width of 22″ and height of 40″ (for single panel doors & end panels). Doors over the maximum width and height should be considered a multi-panel door/end-panel or they will not be guaranteed. S & S Custom Woodworks, Inc. guarantees our doors to be manufactured of quality materials and workmanship for a period of (1) year for the date of purchase, and free from defects that would render them unserviceable or unfit for the use they are intended. Natural variations in color or grain texture are to be considered the beauty of the wood.
It is recommended of the purchaser that the doors should be finished on all surfaces as soon as possible to prevent expansion & contraction. A warp or twist not to exceed ¼” shall not be returned in the raw. A replacement will be made and charged. Credit will be applied after our inspection. The seller is not responsible for delays due to lack of materials, transportation of products, or anything beyond our control. In the case of damaged products due to the carrier during a delivery, the responsibility will fall to the carrier. The seller shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor shall the recovery of any kind be greater in amount than the purchase price of the materials sold. This warranty covers only the replacement of the product produced by S & S Custom Woodworks, Inc. Replacement doors will be assembled at our fastest convenience.
Payment Policy
Payment policy consists of C.O.D. on the first two orders prior to production, and 50% on the third order prior to production. After the third order upon receipt is preferred, with the terms of “Net 14 days”. Any order not paid within the15 days, will be subject to a finance charge of 1.75% per month or 21.00% APR (the minimum finance charge amount is $1.00).
